This package offers a unique spin on traditional partial planning thanks to its “Start and Finish” nature. By this, I mean that I come alongside you on Day One (the “Start”) to guide you through the beginning phases of wedding planning, such as budgeting, prioritizing, and overall vision creation - because knowing where to begin is often the hardest part, so why not make it easier on yourself? The bulk of planning and vendor communication is left up to you until I jump back in for our Wedding Coordinating segment (the “Finish”). I am, however, always on standby if you need me!
We work to establish your priorities, your budget, your Must Haves and Must Avoids, and style preferences for all vendors you’re seeking to hire. Based on the information we’ve discussed and from what I’ve learned about you, I create your 15-20 page Master Document that contains a list of meticulously curated and vetted vendors that fit your style, budget, AND have your date available. Helpful tips and tricks, along with a customized planning timeline will also be included.
The main goal? Provide you the opportunity to confidently plan your wedding, your way, without any of the guesswork on where to start, how to start, and who to start with.

Ideal for the busy bee couple that has the vision but doesn't have the time or confidence to execute it. A Wedding Planner guides you through the process AND does all the heavylifting. Don’t worry though! Hiring a Wedding Planner doesn’t mean letting go of all control and say over what happens - in fact, it provides you even more space to have a bigger say on the important stuff because you get to choose what you want to be hands on with.

Wedding planning is a second job with a lot of moving parts, so allow me to take on the responsibilities of researching the market, procuring and reviewing proposals, and coordinating all the details of your dream wedding day while you sit back, relax, and focus on the fun stuff - like cake tasting! We will begin by tossing all ideas onto the table and creating an overall vision for the wedding day: Guest experience, your experience, the must haves and the must avoids.
As we build the bigger vision, it will begin partitioning into separate focal points that will become our main topics of planning. The only right way to plan a wedding is to plan it the way you want, which is why I am a firm believer in allowing my couples the space to shoot for the stars in the process of the overall vision building. It is amazing what you might discover to be your top priorities!
I will draft up a proposal so you can see the services written out on paper. All it takes to lock in your date is a signed contract and paid deposit. Then the fun begins!
