I am all about empowering my couples by providing them hands on and personable guidance, so they can experience the joy, excitement, and certainty the wedding planning process should have.
Molly and Danny’s stunning and modern garden-inspired wedding was one for the books. From custom signage, the welcome champagne wall, to lush floral arrangements, no detail was left forgotten. The Columbia Gorge provided a stunning backdrop to the ceremony and the venue’s gardens created the perfect setting for a romantic reception. Needless to say, this was nothing short of a dream!
The wedding party all got ready in the Suites on site at the venue. The girls enjoyed pampering by Powder Inc. Beauty – a prestigious hair and makeup team based out of Portland, Oregon.
The ceremony took place under the iconic stone arch, beautifully decorated by Trellis Flowers. The lush floral pillars blended seamlessly with the natural surroundings, creating an understated yet luxurious look. With the Columbia Gorge towering behind, it was an unforgettable scene.
Molly and Danny shared personal vows with each other to heighten the sentimentality of the moment.
Additionally, for a fun, personal touch, we had cones of flower petals for guests to toss as they walked back down the aisle.
The reception embraced Cape Horn’s open garden, with twinkling lights overhead and tables that complemented the natural beauty around them. Neutral linens kept the focus on the setting, while custom menus, place cards and table numbers from Life in Letters added a personal touch that tied the design together.
Though signage might seem like a small detail, it adds an enormous impact. With thoughtful choices in colors, fonts, and shapes, it’s the key to making your wedding feel personal and unique.
Sarah Crouter Photography documented the day perfectly. From the emotional First Look and private vows to the lively reception moments, she made sure every meaningful detail was captured.
Pro tip: We always tell couples to pack their sentimental items in a separate box for the photographer. Specifically items like vow books, cufflinks, perfume, jewelry, or something special like the receipt from your first date or a Polaroid from a favorite trip, these small details make for memorable flatlays and are the perfect way to start your wedding day storytelling.

Overall, this wedding was a true honor to be a part of. Undoubtedly one of the most memorable aspects was watching so many professionals work together to bring the vision to life in such a seamless manner.
